Since I started in the insurance industry in 2004, I found that my greatest passion was to help people and guide them to products and coverage’s that are needed so they will be well protected in the event of a claim. I handle personal insurance, medicare supplements, life insurance and SPECIALIZE in Commercial/Business insurance.
Jennifer Podgorny has lived in the NW Indiana region most of my life and for a couple of years lived in Fort Myers, Florida. She currently resides in Schererville, IN. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences with a concentration in Accounting and Business Administration.
I owned and operated a captive agency for American Family in Dyer, Indiana for five years, and then chose to open up Hoosier Insurance Agency, an Independent Insurance Agency, with my husband, Jeff Podgorny. Jeff Podgorny and I decided that being an independent insurance agent and having an independent insurance agency in Schererville was better for Hoosier Insurance Agency clients. I feel that all insurance companies go through changes, and I wanted to be able to offer Hoosier Insurance Agency customers the best products and coverage’s that are customized to their individual need. My goal is to make sure that I represent the customer and not the insurance company.
